The objectives of Work Package 1 are to set up and execute efficient project management protocols, guarantee advancement and quality oversight of the project, oversee project resources, and facilitate collaboration among partners.
The objectives of Work Package 2 encompass developing questionnaires for VET trainees to gauge their entrepreneurial intentions and concerns, facilitating insights into entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities through real-life experiences shared by entrepreneurs during workshops, evaluating the effectiveness of project materials by comparing questionnaire results before and after implementing content from WP3 and WP4, and comparing partner experiences to establish a robust research base for developing effective entrepreneurship training in VET education, supporting the implementation of the Osnabrück Declaration and contributing to the European Skills Agenda.
The objectives of Work Package 3 include developing entrepreneurship training materials that seamlessly integrate into the general curriculum of VET education, avoiding the need for lengthy official curricular changes. This aligns with assisting VET schools in implementing the Osnabrück Declaration and contributing to the European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness, and resilience. Additionally, the aim is to create engaging knowledge capsules on entrepreneurship for students to incorporate into their regular VET education, providing accessible and practical information about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindset. The package also seeks to produce content easily understandable for students with no prior knowledge of entrepreneurship, thus bringing entrepreneurship closer to VET students at risk of social exclusion. Lastly, the objective is to offer training reflecting the real-world experiences of self-employed professionals, ensuring alignment with the needs of the labor market and the economy, and adapting VET education accordingly.
The objectives of Work Package 4 include creating a free, digital platform to host all products developed within the ENTRE_VET project, thereby promoting digital learning in VET education and facilitating training that complements formal education within the VET curriculum. Additionally, the aim is to provide an interactive method for learners to engage with the content from WP3, encouraging the use of digital learning methods and broadening access to a wider target audience. Furthermore, the work package seeks to disseminate project results at local, national, and European levels, targeting not only consortium stakeholders but also any relevant groups that can benefit from entrepreneurial education. Lastly, the objective is to facilitate the integration of entrepreneurship education into the VET curriculum, offering a digital tool for self-study and assisting VET schools in implementing the Osnabrück Declaration on Vocational Education and Training.
